Real Estate Agent Ben Caballero Named Guinness World Record Holder

Milestones. Every career has these extra special events. So what qualifies something for milestone status? I think it's when all you have to do is mention what you did and the immediate reaction from others is: "Wow." Lifelong Realtor Ben Caballero's career is filled with milestones.

He has been the #1 ranked real estate agent in America by REAL Trends in both number of sales and dollar volume every year since 2013. His numbers are so astronomical they were eight times the #2 ranked agent for the most recent year reported. His production numbers also beat every team in the U.S.

His home sale productions numbers have been so beyond human, one of his former marketing directors bought him a superhero cape.

He was the first individual agent to ever do more than $1 billion in home sales in a single year (2015 – and has broken that record every year since).

Inman News named him the Most Innovative Real Estate Agent in 2013.

He was nominated as the Most Innovative Agent again in 2016 and then again this year!

Gary Keller gave him the Keller Williams Pinnacle Award for Entrepreneurship.

For most agents, these would be once-in-a-lifetime milestones.

Not for Ben.

But yesterday, Ben celebrated a once-in-a-lifetime milestone.

He was in Denver attending REAL Trends Broker VIP Leadership event, Gathering of Eagles, where he was recognized for truly an industry first.

He received a Guinness World Record for home sales. Something no real estate agent has received – until now. I am sure many more Guinness World Records will be submitted by agents in the future and recorded, but Ben will always be the first.
