Business Unusual: 3 Things to Do Right Now in RPR

May 01 2020

rpr business unusual 3 things to doWell, we're about a month in and everyone is feeling the corona crunch: failed homeschool attempts, alphabetizing the spice rack, bingeing Tiger King (wow, right?), etc. But after going through those motions, many WFHers are facing the question of "What can I do right now to help me prepare for later?"

RPR has your back. You're either trying to figure out how to keep your business afloat and meet your clients' needs, or your market is on pause and you're making the most of the downtime and keeping busy until things fire up once again. Here are three easy things you can learn to do in RPR right now:

1. Share a Market Activity report to Facebook

Members of your community and neighborhood probably have lots of questions when it comes to real estate in their area. Many might even be thinking about buying or selling once the market gets back to its usual pace. Now's a great time to share an RPR Market Activity Report to your social media "friends" because it will give them a snapshot of what's listed and even new activity, if that's happening in your area. This article shows you how to pull it off, with step-by-step directions and screenshot visuals.

2. Create custom pages for your RPR property reports

Here's something simple to do now that will make your RPR reports really shine later. Adding custom PDFs as the first page of your reports is a smart way to deliver personal facts and tidbits about you to your potential clients. You can include a short bio, customer testimonials, stats on your results, marketing methods you apply and any other info you want to share. Click here for detailed instructions and a visual to help guide through the process of uploading a custom page. It's easy and it will make your RPR reports even more impactful than they already are!

3. Update your RPR photo

Is your professional headshot photo a little outdated? It's okay, it happens to the best of us. Now's the perfect time to update it. The process is quick and simple, and can be done from the RPR website. Here's how:

  • Locate the digital photo you would like to use
  • Log in to narrpr.com and look for the "gear" icon in the upper right corner
  • Click the gear icon to bring up your RPR Profile page (it should default to your profile)
  • Click "Add photo" to upload a new photo
  • On this page, you can also update your email, company logo, website and other info
