Austin Allison of DotLoop
austin profile picIt has been a huge year for Austin Allison of DotLoop! Not only was he named to the Forbes list, he was named on the Inman News "100 Most Influential Real Estate Leaders of 2011." Meanwhile his company grew exponentially and he gained a tax credit from the city of Cincinnati to move to a swanky new office. Meanwhile, Austin remains focused on continuing to improve and expand the services his product offers to the real estate industry.

Austin describes DotLoop as a "transaction hub to connect people and documents in real time." It's a solution that agents from the most prominent brands are adopting at an amazing rate. This adoption will only grow with the introduction of DotLoop-NOW, a "lite" version of their current platform.

Austin chatted with us about the list. "Being a part of the first ever Forbes 30 under 30 class is an honor. However, any great leader knows that he or she is only as strong as the team's weakest link. Our concept fills a big gap in the marketplace, and we have been have been fortunate attract such an amazing group of 'Loopers.' This award is a testament to our mutual success."

RentJuice joined RE Technology’s product directory this year; since then, we’ve had the opportunity to meet their wonderful team at several industry events. We’ve been totally impressed by the concept and execution of RentJuice.com, so we were very excited to see that David Vivero, CEO, was named on the Forbes list.

Forbes makes sure to mention the $6.2 million in VC funding that RentJuice achieved. The financial support is a testament to the fact that David has found a way to serve an unmet need. RentJuice allows for collaboration between rental property owners and rental brokers, enabling them to market rental listings, communicate with each other, connect with prospective renters, and digitize paperwork.

We caught up with David to get his thoughts on making the list. “It was an honor to be included, and it was even better to see some of our customers on the list,” says David. “Being great at rental marketing is an important requirement in the real estate industry today, and we're thrilled that our product vision and growth was recognized right alongside the achievements of the people we serve.”
