The holiday season is a time of family and giving. Before you give, though, you may be facing that age old shopping dilemma--Mac or PC?

Fortunately, our friends at My Computer Works have created a quick video overview that makes it easier to decide. They outline five points to consider when buying a new computer, and talk about the strengths and weaknesses of both Apples and PCs in each category. While they cast their vote for which computer they think is stronger in each category, ultimately they leave it up to the buyer. Here's what they recommend considering before purchasing:

• Design
• Software
• Stability
• Security
• Cost

When deciding between computer systems, My Computer Works also advises you to ask yourself one question: What will you be using your computer for? For multimedia or content creation like editing property photos and videos, Mac might be a better choice. If you're strictly business, though--web surfing, email, etc--you might want to stick to a PC.
