Has your real estate tech vendor made important updates recently? RE Technology's new column, ChangeLog, will keep you up to date with changes you need to be aware of. Since we always keep a close eye on real estate technology news, let us share our knowledge with you!

imprev thumbImprev unveiled an upgrade to the RE/MAX Design Center last week at the RE/MAX R4 Convention in Las Vegas. New features include single property websites with responsive layouts, YouTube ready video tours and easy-to-manage campaigns. To celebrate, the company also released a "40-Touch" social media campaign in Design Center. The campaign is available to a all Premium subscribers, as well as those who have purchased the Campaign product.

cartavi thumbCartavi released version 2.7 for iOS devices late last week. The update includes a new bulk action feature, map view for mobile devices, as well as extra security provided by new passcode capabilities. Additionally, in response to customer input, Cartavi has enabled "envelope owners" to rename and delete documents.

RPR thumbIn his monthly update, CEO Dale Ross announced RPR's new alliance with Fannie Mae. This partnership is designed to help REALTORS expedite the short sale approval process by expanding REO listing information, among other features.

LoneWolfLogo thumbLone Wolf debuted a new digital signage product last week for brokers called WOLFvision. Designed to captivate potential home buyers visually, WOLFvision displays broker listings, company events, and other branding information on LED widescreen monitors that can be installed in reception areas, waiting areas, windows, and more.

delta media group thumbRecognizing the growing influence of Pinterest, Delta Media Group has made it easy for REALTORS to add a link to their Pinterest profiles on their DeltaNet agent web pages. Pinterest joins other social media stalwarts like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google+ on DeltaNet.

walkscore thumbJust in time for the real estate conference season, WalkScore has enabled users to find hotels based on commute times to any attraction they choose. For example, if you're having trouble getting a reservation at the Marriott or Omni in D.C. for NAR Midyear, just use WalkScore to find nearby alternatives!

listing feed thumbNew upstart Listing-Feed.com looks to shake up the listing syndication game by "white labeling our product [so] we can give it all back to the brokers and their agents--the brand recognition, backlink and the traffic."

listedby thumbOnline marketplace and auction site ListedBy has eliminated the site's registration requirement for those simply looking to research listings. By removing this barrier, ListedBy hopes to increase activity to listings, benefiting both buyers and sellers.

ihomefinder thumbWordPress site owners: IDX search and lead capture plugin Optima Express from iHomeFinder has a new version with widgets and features like an agent bio, community pages wizard, SEO city links, and more.
