One way that REALTORS® can stay engaged with their clients is to constantly provide them with valuable information. Blogging, social networking, and newsletters can be great tools to do this. We recommending doing them all so you can connect with your customer or prospect they way they want.
We ran across this tool today on the Fannie Mae website. It allows a consumer to check with Fannie Mae to see if they own that consumer’s loan.

Tell your clients that they need to check the box that says that they are the owner of the home.
