LeadingAgent Launches Concierge Marketing Platform For Realtors®

la concierge platform newsAnyone familiar with our company knows that we have been putting together marketing programs and solutions for Realtors® for years (nearly 17 in fact). The one thing we've seen over our long tenure as a premier marketing agency in the Real Estate Industry is that as the years move on, and technology advances, the learning curve and amount of technical proficiency on the part of a Realtor® is getting steeper and steeper.

This presents many possible problems to a Realtor® trying to stay ahead of all this stuff:

1) Many (Not All) Realtors® are Not Technologically Savvy, or May Be Technophobic

This is a big problem. If you aren't so great with technology, or even worse, afraid of it, as technology advances, what are you going to do? In many cases, we find that agents simply throw their hands up, and give up learning. They stick with what they are used to and just go with that. That is all fine and good, but over time, their marketshare and the comparisons between those agents that are technologically savvy and themselves become harder and harder to make. Simply put, the people embracing technology eventually leave them in the dust.

2) Even if You are a Technologically Savvy Realtor®, the Pace at which New Technologies And Upgrades to Existing Technologies Come Out Can Be Crippling

You are a Realtor®, so by definition, you are busy beyond all belief. From conversations we've had with even the most seasoned, professional agents, it is obvious that some days are spent simply reacting to issues, putting out fires and trying to hold deals together to get them closed. With that being the case, how can you possibly keep up with the constant "death march" of new platforms to learn, or new features to absorb, all while doing your day to day job?

Easy answer: If you like sleep, you can't.

3) The Technology Industry In General Isn't Friendly to Realtors®, Making Them Sign Long Term Contracts For Things They End Up Never "Actually" Using

In full disclosure, one of our products (our custom CRM system), fall under this category. In our case, as with many companies, it has to do with a contractual obligation (in our case with Salesforce.com) and the requirements the cloud provider makes of all their partners. For some less genuine companies out there however, it is because they know that law of averages says Realtors® don't like technology, and won't use the system. BUT, by requiring at least a year commitment, they'll at least be guaranteed that revenue.

If you are not a Realtor® that loves technology, or a Realtor® that is committed to spending the extra time to put in to a platform to take advantage of it, either of these two scenarios are not a good fit for you.

So What Did We Do?

So we've been wrestling with these questions for nearly a year now. Anyone that knows me, knows that I started this agency to help people. I want to see Realtors® thrive and see them get their businesses to the next level. Our clients successes make me happy and let me know that we are doing our jobs.
