Billings REALTORS® See Value in Mobile Technology

Missoula, Montana – April 14th, 2010 – Goomzee Corporation, a leading provider of mobile technology solutions for real estate professionals, announced today that Billings Association of REALTORS® has renewed its site license agreement to provide Goomzee's product, Realty Connect®, to their members. The service enables Billings REALTORS® to provide Montana home buyers real estate listing information on their cell phone.

Billings Association of REALTORS® was the first MLS in the country to offer Goomzee's mobile solution as a free member benefit. Billings is now joined by some of the largest MLSs in the country, who now also provide Goomzee's mobile technology to their members.

Goomzee's Realty Connect® helps connect buyers and sellers using lead capturing QR codes and text message marketing that integrates with MLS data systems. Agents place sign riders or ads that prompts potential buyers to scan a QR code or send a text message with a unique property ID code. Within seconds the buyer receives a Branded Mobile Property Page or Text Message Response containing property information and pricing. At the same time, the agent receives an alert with contact information allowing prompt follow up. A personal automated response then helps the agent begin to establish a relationship with the buyer.
