Multiple Enterprise Network Members Recognized in Real Trends 2015 Real Estate Website Rankings

REAL Trends just released their 2015 Real Estate Website Rankings, where they list the best brokerage website designs and strategies. For this report, Real Trends analyzed nearly 750 real estate websites across the country. Five technology experts narrowed this down to their top 25, and then a judging panel consisting of 70 technology and marketing officers selected the top 5 brokerages in categories ranging from best overall design to best mobile app to best conversion strategy.

We're so proud to announce that our network members were recognized in each of the eight categories! This was a big year for The Enterprise Network, and the hard work by our team and our members has really paid off. In addition to this recognition, 22 members made the REAL Trends List of 500 Largest Independents and the RISMedia Power Broker Report, and we received a Webby Award honoree. Our members also swept the LRE awards ceremony for technology-related awards, and even took all the nominations for Best Overall Website.

Part of the success we've seen as a network can be attributed to the investment we put into our sites. With continuous redesigns and product releases, we ensure our clients remain on the cutting edge of technology. Keeping our finger on the pulse, one of the trends impacting the industry that we've been focusing on for the past several years is the mobile evolution.

We continue to see that mobile is disrupting the industry in a major way. In fact, in 2013 we predicted that mobile traffic would surpass desktop traffic in March 2015. Our crystal ball proved to be accurate, and we still continue to see mobile traffic rise across our network.

Because of this, we lead with a "mobile-first" approach when developing our sites. So far in 2015 we've converted 10 sites to a responsive layout to ensure sites perform optimally across the varying devices. Driven by data, it's no surprise that our sites are some of the best in the industry.

So with that said, we want to congratulate our members on their latest victory, their recognition in the 2015 REAL Trends Real Estate Website Rankings list. This is a win for the entire network as we strive to set the standard in the industry.
