Bookashowing.com Joins ShowingTime

Chicago, IL – October 1, 2015ShowingTime, the real estate industry's leading showing management technology provider, announced today that BookAShowing.com is now part of ShowingTime.

BAS's online scheduling system will be merged into ShowingTime's family of products, which are collectively used by 150+ MLSs and/or associations representing more than 800,000 members.

BAS's and ShowingTime's online scheduling products and services – used on more than 1 million active listings –streamline the appointment scheduling process, resulting in quick or instant showing confirmations and less phone tag. Listing agents can post showing instructions and enter available hours on an interactive calendar to indicate when a listing can be shown. When an agent submits a request, notifications are sent immediately.

One such addition for BAS customers will be the ShowingTime Mobile App, which enables users to schedule showings, review existing appointments, get push notifications, access driving directions and/or view showing instructions, all while in the field. The app can also be used by sellers to keep them informed of all activity, and to enable them to confirm requests when needed. As a result, no showing opportunity is ever missed.
