Top 13 RPR Enhancements in 2015

In 2015, RPR released thirteen updates to the site, including something for every user. Here are the highlights of those enhancements.

RPR Mobile for Tablet

RPR's app is now optimized for iPad and Android tablets, complete with a larger map, local market trends and sales activity. To get the app, visit the App Store or Google Play Store on your device. Learn more.

One-Page Property Flyer

An easy-to-produce marketing piece for any residential property, and, as with all RPR reports, branded with your photo, company and contact information. You can even enter your own headline and description. Find the flyer under the Reports tab at narrpr.com. Learn more.

Customizable Report Cover Photo

Upload multiple photos to the Property Details page, creating a group of photos by date/time that later can be expanded or deleted. Select one to appear as the cover photo on your reports by choosing Edit and then Update. Learn more.

Advanced School Search

Search for properties within the attendance boundaries of a school or school district or for a particular school within a geography or a school district. You can even narrow your search by choosing filters such as Elementary, Middle or High School. Learn more.

New School Report

Student population, testing outcomes, parental reviews, ratings, and contact information about a public or private school are now at your fingertips. Compare schools within a district or a specified radius, and/or select up to 20 nearby listings to include in the report. Learn more.

Google Street View

Look for the new 360-degree Street View option on your Property Details page. It's like standing standing in front of the property and then walking the neighborhood. Learn more.

Share Reports on Facebook

Extend your reach by sharing your RPR reports on Facebook. From the RPR reports page, choose Things you can do with this report, then Share on Facebook. Here you can enter comments, specify audiences and more. Learn more.

Points of Interest

Display up to 500 businesses in ten broad categories (banks, gas, grocery, hospitals, day cares, churches) within an area, using RPR maps. Remember to click on Bigger Map to access POIs. Learn more.

RPR View™

RPR View™ allows partnering MLSs to make listings viewable by REALTORS® in other markets. As with all features of the RPR Platform, there are no fees, charges or contracts associated with RPR View™. Learn more.

Walkability Scores

The Walkability score reveals three essential elements of a neighborhood's proximity or walking distance/length of time to points of interest, such as restaurants, schools, parks and retail operations. Learn more.

Broker Market Data Tool

This valuable asset gives brokers the ability to quickly create reports that communicate their company's performance as it pertains to listing and sales activities at the company, brand and office levels. Learn more.

Building Suites Displayed in Reports

Search for commercial suites by square footage and to view other available suites in the building. The details page for each suite encompasses basic data, such as size and cost, and also includes building summary information. Look for Suite Details in the Commercial Property Report. Learn more.

Better Unemployment Metrics

The federal and local versions of the Economic Area Report, as well as the Commercial Trade Area Report, now contain monthly unemployment data so users can better compare employment trends in their area. Learn more.

Esri Demographic Data and Tapestry Data Segments

The Commercial Trade Area Report was upgraded with 67 additional Tapestry segments and two new indicators: Marital Status and Education Comparison. Learn more.
