What's New with WebsiteBox?

It's the end of the year and we wanted to finish it off strong. This month we made major improvements to a couple of our LeadSites and The Mortgage Calculator.

1) Picture Perfect LeadSite Filters

You now have the ability to filter listings by City and Zip Code on this powerful LeadSite. You already had the ability to filter by Price, Bedrooms and Bathrooms now your website visitors can get even more specific while searching for homes on your LeadSite. 2) Enhanced Mortgage Calculator

You can now set the default values for Mortgage data in the calculator. That means you can set the default Interest Rate, Property Tax Rate, State Income Tax Rate and many more data points for your Mortgage Calculator! Customize it based on the current data available for your market.

3) Search Listings With More Freedom on The Ultimate IDX LeadSite

Your Website Visitors no longer have to specificy the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms when they search the MLS through your Ultimate IDX LeadSite allowing them to conduct searches more quickly and with less restrictions. Check out our Ultimate IDX LeadSite if you haven't done so already!
