Onboard Partner CINC (Commissions Inc) Getting 18% Conversion Rates from New Seller Suite

CINC (Commissions Inc) has been part of the Onboard partner program for years. This week, they announced the redesign of their popular Seller Suite that includes Social Sell. The solution is powered by the local and property data from Onboard and is a great example of how to use that data to create a complete consumer engagement experience.

The Suite provides home owners with an Accurate Home Valuation, a comparable list of recently sold properties, and a Neighborhood Pulse with Trend recapped in monthly updates. Early results from this redesign are impressive:

  • 4% conversion rate (visitor to lead) for seller leads at CINC
  • 270% increased lead generation over 60-day trial
  • 18% Facebook Ad Conversion Rate

By offering a complete solution that's modern and personalized, we've seen staggering results.

CINC's Seller Suite gives potential home sellers a better understanding of the current value of their home using Onboard's property API. A personalized report is generated for each user in just 30 seconds. Upon sharing the home's address and answering a few additional questions, home owners are also able to receive an accurate home valuation, a list of recently sold properties, and monthly updates so they stay in the know.

Within the first month of using Social Sell we doubled that number to 28 and in the last month we have brought in 39 seller leads.

"Since advertising with Seller Suites, just over 3 months ago, my Team has seen a significant improvement in both our volume of monthly seller leads and our contact and close ratio. Prior to using Social Sell, we averaged between 12-16 seller leads monthly. Within the first month of using Social Sell we doubled that number to 28 and in the last month we have brought in 39 seller leads.
