MIAMI–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell Realtors (EWM) is revolutionizing the way home buyers and tenants search for homes and condos in South Florida.

For the first time in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, consumers can get residential listing information on their cell phone screens in a matter of seconds. Home buyers can now have instant information anytime, anywhere. EWM has unveiled its user-friendly texting feature, powered by KWKLY (pronounced “quickly”), which allows consumers with cellular phones capable of texting to instantly receive information about available listings—in their area or about a specific property address.

Here’s how it works: Consumers send a text message that says “EWM” to the number 59559. Within the seconds, the consumer will be given two choices: either to receive information for a specific property address, or for those with GPS capable cell phones such as iPhones or Android phones, to receive information for every available property for sale or rent in the neighborhood from where they are texting. All of this information is available within seconds directly from your cell phone without any cumbersome downloads. The information is complete with property facts and contact information for an EWM Realtor.
