New Comps Analysis Feature on RPR Mobile (and Other Notable Enhancements)

RPR's monthly product update includes exciting news for RPR Mobile users. Anytime, anywhere functionality has been expanded to include comps analyses on your phone or tablet. We've also made several visual enhancements to the Platform's charts as well as refinements to the new home energy consumption data display.

New to RPR Mobile™

RPR Mobile now includes the ability to create a comp analysis from the Property Details page. Here are a few details about the simple, four-step process. From the Property Details page:

1. Confirm the subject property facts
2. Search for comps
3. Select up to six comparable properties
4. Edit the price and price range prior to sending a Seller's Report to your clients

Note: Look for added functionality to this feature in the near future.

Home Energy Consumption Data Display

A Home Energy Score will not appear on properties that lack sufficient information to produce a reliable score. Instead, messaging will appear explaining the lack of information on the home has prevented Tendril from calculating or generating a credible estimate and energy score. Also, refined text will provide a better explanation of what an energy score represents.

New to the RPR Website

Add Custom Home Facts

This newly added functional allows users to add their own custom home facts. Items added to the RPR Property Details page will also be added to RPR Property Reports, Comp Analyses and Seller's Reports.

Charts Refresh

Visual enhancements have been made to several RPR charts, including Sales and Financing in Refined Value, Walkability in Neighborhoods, Commercial's Best Retail Business, and the new Educational Levels of Population on Neighborhood Details.

Password Display Refinement

RPR added a new feature which allows users to show/hide the text on all password fields. The text visibility option helps eliminate user frustration when entering or creating new complex passwords.

Over 25 metropolitan areas have been enhanced with additional coverage. Metros with significant focus include but are not limited to:
