VANCOUVER, BC and AUSTIN, TX – April 1, 2008– Top Producer Systems and Instanet Solutions announced an agreement that will result in the seamless integration of the best-selling real estate sales and marketing software, Top Producer 8i, and the leading Transaction Management software, TransactionDesk™. Also included in the integration is
InstanetForms™, Instanet Solution's electronic forms software and Authentisign™, Instanet Solution's online electronic signing solution.
This integration speeds the creation of transaction files and electronic contracts by eliminating duplicate data entry, as real estate professionals will now be able to import buyer, seller, and other transaction participant data from Top Producer 8i for use in TransactionDesk™ and Instanet Forms.
Additionally, real estate professionals will be able to send task, event and appointment information from TransactionDesk™ to Top Producer. This connectivity enables them to view transaction related tasks and appointments in Top Producer, as well as in mobile devices that are synchronized with Top Producer. These integrations will save real estate professionals time and help them manage their transactions more efficiently and more effectively.
