Is WebsiteBox Too Good To Be True? Here is What Realtor® Kent Schwager Has to Say!

webbox Kent SchwagerLast week, I spoke with Kent Schwager, a Utah REALTOR® who needed a website to help out of state buyers find him. Rui: Please introduce yourself, how long have you been in real estate?
Kent: My name is Kent Schwager and I work with Equity Real Estate, St George Utah's largest brokerage. I have only been in real estate since November of 2013. My first goal as an agent was set up a website to help out of state buyers find me.

Rui: Did you have a website before WebsiteBox? How much were you paying?
Kent: Saint George Neighborhoods was my first website, and I have now set up a second site focusing on giving back to the community called Utah Homes for Everyday Heroes. I would have never been able to pay for two websites if I had not found WebsiteBox. I literally would have been paying over three hundred dollars a month for literally the exact same features.

Rui: What was your first reaction when you heard about the $99 price? Did you think it was too good to be true?
Kent: When I found WebsiteBox I immediately started an online chat to see if this service had any "Fine Print", and I can honestly say, it is the real deal. It has everything I need.

Rui: What WebsiteBox feature do you like most?
Kent: My favorite feature of Website box is the fact that I can provide free MLS search for my clients through my Saint George Neighborhoods website. In all reality though, the fact that I can chat anytime I have a question, has enabled me to create a very functional site.

Rui: Would you recommend WebsiteBox to other Realtors®?
Kent: Any Realtor not using WebsiteBox either has money to give away or is afraid of technology. In either case I would highly recommend taking the initiative to build your own site, as you will be amazed on how easy it is to build a site

Rui: How has WebsiteBox improved your business?
Kent: I linked my Utah Homes for Everyday Heroes site to my Face Book page (Super easy) and asked my friends to "Like" it. I literally got over a hundred website visits, and my site rankings have now shot to the first page. My brand recognition within my Sphere of Influence has become well known and recognized.

Rui: What are your future plans for your WebsiteBox site?
Kent: I am going to continue purchasing new sites and tailor them to specific audiences such as first time home buyers, communities, etc. Each of these sites will link to one another which will in return heighten my SEO and bring in more leads. I cannot say how excited I am to build my next site. I already have a lender, Title company and Financial Advisor on board to assist one another with marketing to our specific client base. Very exciting!
