Is WebsiteBox Too Good To Be True? Here is What Realtor® Leticia Ferraro Has to Say!

Hey it's Rui Caluz, the Community Manager at WebsiteBox, and this week in our Too Good To Be True series we have Leticia Ferraro, a Realtor® from South Florida who makes great use of her WebsiteBox website tools to capture leads and stay ahead of competition.

In this interview she explains how easy it was to setup her website, she talks about our price point, and let you in on her favorite features!

Rui: Please introduce yourself, how long have you been in real estate?

Leticia: My name is Leticia Ferraro and I have been in the real estate business since 2003, as a licensed title agent, and a Realtor® since November 2013. I currently represent Castelli Real Estate Services located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Rui: Did you have a website before WebsiteBox? How much were you paying?

Leticia: It has been quite some time since I have had a website but I do remember having to pay a monthly fee for it to remain active. The fee was much higher than what I pay for WebsiteBox.

Rui: What was your first reaction when you heard about the $99 price? Did you think it was too good to be true?

Leticia: I thought the $99 price was a bargain and was surprised at how great my site looked when it was done. The platform was easy to use and features can be added on a need to basis. I like that!

Rui: What WebsiteBox feature do you like most?

Leticia: My favorite feature is the IDX feature and the translator. In South Florida, we have many people who speak several different languages. Not only can my clients search for their homes on my site but the verbiage can be translated to accommodate those whose primary language is not English.

Rui: Would you recommend WebsiteBox to other Realtors®?

Leticia: I would definitely recommend WebsiteBox to other realtors. In fact, I already have.

Rui: How has WebsiteBox improved your business?

Leticia: WebsiteBox makes it easy for me to drive traffic to my site. The search engine optimization is an important feature that I would have had difficulty with if I had to create a website on my own. WebsiteBox has helped me capture leads and I am thankful for that!

Rui: What are your future plans for your WebsiteBox site?

Leticia: I plan to utilize the blogging feature. I feel it is important to connect with clients and the blogging feature will allow me the space to do that.
