Seven South Carolina MLSs Establish Statewide Property Data Coverage with CRS Data

KNOXVILLE, TN CRS Data, a leading provider of public record information for real estate, banker and financial professionals in the U.S., has extended its agreement with the South Carolina Association of REALTORS®. With CRS Data, seven of the association's largest MLS groups will now be able to offer their members statewide property tax data, allowing them complete access to maps, property reports and extensive tax data throughout the state.

The boards and associations which can now tap CRS Data's information on a daily basis, from almost any device including iPhones, iPads and Androids, include: the Aiken Board of REALTORS®, the Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS®, the Spartanburg Association of REALTORS®, the Southern Midlands Association of REALTORS®, the Western Upstate Association of REALTORS®, the Pee Dee REALTOR Association and the Sumter Board of REALTORS® and the Sumter Board of REALTORS®.

The extended 4-year contract includes a rich supply of CRS Data's information, including access to current sales information, such as FSBOs; data on property neighborhoods; schools; subdivisions and even flood conditions.
