Keller Williams Launches New Mobile App for Command
Enhanced capabilities and UI empower agents to get smarter about business AUSTIN, TEXAS December 9, 2021 -- Keller Williams ("KW"), the world's largest real estate technology franchise by agent count and the U.S. leader in units and sales volume, has launched a new mobile app experience that enables real estate agents and teams to access the robust features, benefits and insights of Command – KW's smart CRM-plus solution – on the go. On December 1, the Command App was released into general availability for KW agents. The new mobile experience and user interface enable agents to interface with Command from any iPhone or Android device. The Command App experience is a flexible extension of the Keller Cloud platform and is purpose-built to optimize the features and benefits of Command that agents need to facilitate real-time communications with clients, record and monitor important business insights, and complete core tasks on the move and in the office. "We know agents spend over 60% of their time away from their desks, juggling between a variety of apps to manage their business on the go," said Chris Cox, chief technology and digital officer, kwx, the holding company of KW. "With the release of Command App, we're seeking to further empower our agents with real-time actionable insights to drive their businesses' growth." Additional features of the new Command App: Dashboard: The easy-to-use dashboard displays key insights that enable agents to be smarter about how to tackle their day and act within a few taps. Presented in three sections: "Tasks," "Who to Contact," and "Things to Know," the dashboard provides a snapshot of what actions an agent should take on a given day. Tasks section: Agents can take inventory of how many tasks are due today, due soon, or past due. Who to Contact section: In one place, agents can review the contacts in their database they have never contacted. Agents can also quickly assess the clients that have been recently active in their agent-branded KW consumer app or website. Real estate team members can review the leads they each can claim. Things to Know section: At a glance, agents can check which clients have birthdays and home anniversaries in the next 30 days and assess the most optimal way to contact them. They can also review the state of their KW profit share earnings. Contacts: Agents have full access to client data in Command. They can track contacts and leads in real time. Additionally, assign a lead to a SmartPlan, the automated marketing and task management app within Command. Log their activity after a call or send a text from the app. Review contact insights on an events timeline. Easily send the link of their consumer app to a contact via text or email. Tasks: Agents can add tasks and manage business tasks in the app. In-App and Push Notifications: Agents can program specific in-app notifications important to them. Based on notifications, they can take business actions on the go. Also, they can create reminder tasks to finish actions later. The Command App is a product of KW Labs, the innovation hub of KW. The company, via Labs, builds technology in partnership with agents that empowers them to get smarter about business and deliver the best consumer experience to their clients. The new app represents a second generation of KW's mobile-native UI for Command. In mid-February 2018, KW debuted the first-generation experience of the Command App named Kelle. "We will continue to develop technology in direct partnership with agents – from ideation to design and iterating together through limited release deployments and testing environments to general availability," said Cox. "As of December 1, we're proud to say the Command App is available to all our agents. It's what they wanted and we're proud to deliver it," said Cox. "Our commitment is to constantly innovate in service of our agents." Command App feature and benefit high-resolution screen captures, videos, and demos are available upon request. Homesnap Delivers 1 Million Free Leads for Agents
Broker Public Portal partner uses app, website to drive consumers to agents ROCKVILLE, MD, July 10, 2018 -- Homesnap, the industry-endorsed national home search platform, today announced that it has sent over one million free leads to listing and buyers' agents. These leads are shared by Homesnap to help real estate agents build their brand and connect with potential clients. Homesnap is the public-facing brand and the technology powering the Broker Public Portal, the national home search platform launched by brokers and MLSs to provide an industry-friendly alternative for home searchers. When consumers click on listings they see on Homesnap, they are sent directly to the listing agent for that home, rather than to an agent who has paid to advertise on that listing. More than 145 MLSs across the country representing over 875,000 real estate agents share their listings on Homesnap, giving the platform a nationwide footprint. Homesnap also shares free leads from inquiries on properties that are not for sale. "Five years ago, a small group of brokers and MLS executives got together and created the Fair Display guidelines for public facing websites. The core belief was two-fold: listing agents shouldn't have to pay referral fees for leads generated by their own listings, and the buying public shouldn't be steered away from the listing agent and towards an agent whose only knowledge of the property was that it was in a zip code they had purchased," said Jon Coile, CEO of Champion Realty in Maryland. "With the Broker Public Portal, the vision of fair access to the MLS listing inventor for the public, and free leads to agents, has become a reality a million times over. This is an excellent example of brokers, Realtors and the MLS working together in partnership to deliver a better solution to the buying public while remaining fair to everyone," Coile added. Homesnap President and Co-founder Steve Barnes explains, "The philosophy of the Broker Public Portal with Homesnap is to provide consumers with accurate, real-time data straight from the MLS, and to connect potential buyers with the agents representing the homes they are interested in. Our best-in-market technology, combined with our adherence to Fair Display Guidelines, sets us apart from our competitors and gives agents and consumers a platform that they can use together to find the right home. Hitting a million leads demonstrates the significant positive impact that Homesnap has had on the industry." Homesnap is available to agents and consumers on the web and on iOS and Android mobile devices, including Apple Watch and Apple TV. Homesnap provides agents with a mobile productivity app, Homesnap Pro, which enables them to access their confidential MLS data and serve clients wherever they are. Homesnap also offers premium software and automated marketing products for agents that allows them to create, run and optimize their advertising on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Waze. More than 200,000 ad campaigns have been run by agents on these platforms using Homesnap since 2016. About Homesnap With easy-to-use mobile technology fueled by unmatched, real-time data intelligence, Homesnap is changing the way real estate agents connect with consumers and serve their clients. The industry-endorsed Homesnap platform leverages real-time data from 145 MLSs to empower millions of consumers each month with a superior home search experience, while providing over 75% of U.S. agents with access to powerful mobile tools that automate their work and accelerate their success. With the Homesnap mobile app, the highest rated consumer home search application; Homesnap Pro, the industry-standard mobile business platform for agents; and the Homesnap national home search portal, a joint venture with the industry-backed Broker Public Portal, the integrated Homesnap platform is transforming the industry by bringing real-time to real estate. More information can be found at www.homesnap.com  and www.homesnap.com/bpp. About Broker Public Portal Broker Public Portal, LLC is a collaborative effort owned and operated by real estate brokerages and MLSs to deliver with Homesnap a better home search experience defined by simplicity, integrity and common sense. Homesnap provides the same comprehensive, real-time data directly from the MLS used by real professionals, the people who sell homes, not ads. Broker Public Portal with Homesnap follows industry-defined Fair Display Guidelines; there are no display ads from other agents or brokers on one’s listings, and all inquiries are sent to the listing agent or broker for free. More information can be found at www.brokerpublicportal.com and www.homesnap.com/bpp.

HomeSpotter Adds Automated Waze Open House Promotion
Automated Promotion for Real Estate Open Houses on the Waze Navigation App June 7, 2018 (Minneapolis, MN) – HomeSpotter has added another powerful way for real estate brokers to target market their open houses through the Boost by HomeSpotter platform. In addition to marketing to likely buyers on social media and display advertising across a broad network of websites and apps, this fully automated system can now manage open house ads on Waze's GPS navigation app. This adds the exciting ability to market to consumers who are physically near a property that is hosting an open house right then, or will be, in the next few hours. This automated solution helps big brokers drive awareness of their current open houses in real-time and also helps brokers to reinforce their brand as an innovative marketer in their region. On a recent Sunday in the Mid-Atlantic US, regional powerhouse Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS® leveraged this platform to advertise over 700 open houses that their agents hosted. In just a few hours, Fox & Roach branding was seen over 500,000 times by drivers using Waze. Also, tens of thousands of consumers were invited to tour specific open houses when their car came to a stop and they were also very close to a property that was being held open. "Automated real-time promotion of open houses on the Waze platform represents a phenomenal branding opportunity for Fox & Roach," said Rajeev Sajja, Vice President, Digital Innovation of Fox & Roach. "This represents a great compliment to the existing Facebook & Instagram open house and listing promotion services HomeSpotter is already providing for us. We are also excited to begin promoting our coming soon listings on Waze as well." "HomeSpotter wasn't the first to introduce Waze advertising to the real estate community," said Aaron Kardell, founder and CEO of HomeSpotter. "However, we believe Waze advertising is best leveraged for promoting open houses immediately before and while they are happening. HomeSpotter provides the first automated system that allows large brokers to leverage this huge branding opportunity while assuring that they are only promoting open houses near the time that they are actually open for viewing by the general public." HomeSpotter provides an online tool for agents, teams, and brokers to get a free preview of how Boost will work for them – live with their own listing(s) – at https://homespotter.com/boost. Agents can have their first ad up and running within minutes. Or, for teams and brokers that want automation, including agent photos automatically brought in, onboarding typically happens in 1-2 weeks. Sotheby's International Realty Launches Virtual Staging Augmented Reality App: One of the First Experiences Built with Google's ARCore
Curate by Sotheby's International Realty, powered by roOomy, Revolutionizes the Homebuying and Selling Experience for Sales Associates and Consumers MADISON, N.J., March 20, 2018 -- Sotheby's International Realty Affiliates LLC today announced the launch of Curate by Sotheby's International Realty(sm), a mobile augmented reality (AR) app that will bring a home's virtual staging images from 2-D perception into augmented reality; the app was built with ARCore, Google's AR Software platform, and is powered by roOomy, the leading virtual staging technology platform specializing in 3D/AR/VR content creation and application development. Curate by Sotheby's International Realty allows consumers to visualize a house as their own before purchase, thereby curating the homebuying experience. Working closely with Google in the run up to ARCore's release, the Sotheby's International Realty® brand is the first real estate brand to launch and implement a virtual staging AR app, transforming the homebuying and selling experience for sales associates and consumers. Curate by Sotheby's International Realty is taking virtually staged images from a flat, 2-D screen into the house itself through the power of AR. The app also features a curated selection of AR interior designs, ranging from modern living rooms to traditional dining rooms that provides the consumer with the opportunity to immediately swap among these styles, something physical staging could never accomplish. If you have one of Google's ARCore-enabled mobile devices, download the app here. Curate by Sotheby's International Realty app features: Visualization – Any property can be transformed through a curated selection of AR furnishings and décor sets. Listing-specific staging options will be available in the near future. Recollection – The app has screenshot capabilities, allowing viewers to capture and store the images of AR furniture sets placed within the visit. Shop – Virtual home furnishings can be clicked for more information about the product, including a link to exit the app and be directed to a retailer's website. All furniture is shown to-scale and provides accurate room dimensions, ensuring furniture viewed in the app will be a fit, making purchasing and moving into a new home easier on new home buyers. Curate by Sotheby's International Realty app benefits: Research has shown that an AR experience allows consumers to form more accurate expectations, therefore increasing confidence in purchasing decisions and shortening the sales cycle. For prospective homebuyers – Viewing a potential house in AR breaks down visualization barriers that often accompany the homebuying process, allowing prospective homebuyers the unique ability to envision the house in their personal taste and style. Curate by Sotheby's International Realty offers the opportunity for buyers to ultimately see a house as their own home, increasing confidence in any purchasing decisions. For home sellers / Sotheby's International Realty clients – Selling a home with a Sotheby's International Realty sales associate means tapping into the power of AR to sell the home by helping prospective buyers overcome the visualization barriers of touring an empty home or one decorated in style that differs from their taste. For the Sotheby's International Realty sales associate – The benefits for the sales associate are similar to those of the homebuyer and seller; Curate by Sotheby's International Realty empowers the sales associate to present a home in an objective and neutral manner. The app also alleviates the need for sales associates to physically stage homes, allowing them to save money on the costs of either renting or buying and storing furniture. Curate by Sotheby's International Realty is available now for download in the Google Play Store. The app was built with Google's ARCore, which can run on 100 million Android devices worldwide. The Sotheby's International Realty brand will launch Curate by Sotheby's International Realty for iOS this spring through a continued partnership with roOomy. Hanna Commercial Launches New Auction App
Cleveland, OH (December 5th, 2016) – With an eye towards the future, Hanna Commercial has launched an auction app, making it easier for remote bidders to track and participate in auctions. Since 90% of mobile time is spent in apps, according to a recent Yahoo! article, Hanna Commercial wanted to tap into that market, while also making the bidding process simpler for those who cannot be there in-person. The new auction app is like an "eBay" for real estate, allowing participation by those who might be on vacation, located internationally, or handling an emergency that prevents them from attending an auction. Previously, those who could not attend a live auction would send a proxy or bid via phone. This made the process difficult, but now participants can simply download the app and conveniently participate in the auction remotely. "We are very excited to introduce our new mobile bidding app. While we specialize in live open outcry auctions, this new app gives us the ability to enhance the size of our pool of bidders for any given auction," said Michael E. Berland, Principal & Managing Director. "Now bidders will be notified and be able to view our upcoming auctions, review property information, and once approved, bid remotely from their phone or other device." Gordon J. Greene, Principal & Managing Director, is excited about the convenience of the app for new and existing clients alike. "Most of our real estate bidders like to be at the actual live auction with other bidders. They believe it is an advantage to be able to see who they are bidding against. But when you can't be in two places at one time, the convenience of the Chartwell Auctions Cell Phone Bidding App allows them to place their bids while they are (1) out of town on vacation; (2) in a conference meeting at their office; (3) at a wedding of a family member; or (4) any other situation that might conflict with the time and place of the auction. It turns out that Einstein may have been wrong. You can be in two places at the same time." In addition to facilitating participation in live auctions, the app lists current auctions, and those who sign up for an auction will get updates and reminders through the application. The app streamlines the process for participants, making it easier than ever to participate in a Hanna Commercial auction. Howard Hanna Real Estate Services is the 3rd largest real estate company in America, the #1 privately owned broker in the nation, and the largest home seller in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and New York. The family-owned and operated real estate company specializes in residential and commercial brokerage service, mortgages, closing and title insurance, land development, appraisal services, insurance services, corporate relocation and property management. With 270 offices across PA, OH, NY, VA, MI, WV, NC and MD, our more than 9,000 sales associates and staff are guided by a spirit of integrity in all aspects of the real estate process. CBx + Adwerx = power tools for real estate agents
As if you needed an excuse to get an iPad, the Coldwell Banker app CBx might just be it. The app empowers agents to create a demographic makeup of potential home buyers by attributes such as age, education, family size and average household income, as well as from where these potential home buyers are moving. Chicago-based Coldwell Banker agent Andrea Geller has made ample use of it. And she found a way to boost its efficacy even more. By combining the CBx data with her digital listing ad campaigns from Adwerx, Andrea is creating a more data-driven strategy for herself and her clients. "If you're working with buyers, it can tell you about the neighborhood, and the demographics and income," she shared. "But as a listing tool, it gives you the demographic of the area and the particular buyer for that particular property." That information informs her digital ad campaign from Adwerx. "I create an ad for my listing — it takes about two minutes," she demonstrated. "And I'll target the ad to those buyers, and I know where they're coming from." Watch Andrea as she demonstrates the two tools. To learn more about CBx, visit the iTunes App store. To learn more about Adwerx digital ads, visit coldwellbanker.adwerx.com. SavvyCard® Launches Space Coast Association of REALTORS® on its SavvyCard for Associations Pro™ Platform
ST. PETERSBURG, FL (APRIL 11, 2016)--SavvyCard® today announced that it has launched its SavvyCard for Associations Pro™ product for the Space Coast Association of REALTORS® (SCAR) located in Melbourne, FL. SavvyCard for Associations Pro is a suite of mobile-friendly websites, or "SavvyCards®", that are auto-generated for an association's REALTORS, affiliate businesses, and MLS listings. It was designed to facilitate new business among association members and increase non-dues revenue for the association. REALTORS® and affiliates can use their SavvyCards to generate leads, track referrals, capture contact information, and market products and services online to consumers. Consumers can use SavvyCards to search for real estate agents, home service providers, and properties for sale. The platform allows the association, brokerage, and individual agents to custom brand their SavvyCards, increasing online brand equity and strengthening direct relationships with consumers. This marks the 4th real estate association in Florida to launch the SavvyCard for Associations product, and the 1st to deploy the Pro version, which includes interactive, consumer-friendly Property SavvyCards™ for every listing in the MLS. REALTORS® use Property SavvyCards to "crowd market" properties, as they are easily sharable on Social Media and can be tracked as they are shared from person-to-person. SCAR's decision to deploy a mobile software solution for its membership and local consumers is in response to increased competitive pressures from online technology companies whose software applications disrupt traditional relationships between consumers, real estate agents, and service providers. "Traditionally, the role of connecting consumers, REALTORS®, and home service providers together has belonged to associations and brokerages," states Leah Selig, CEO of Space Coast Association of REALTORS®. "In the last decade, we've worked hard to compete successfully against tech companies who are trying to remove associations and brokerages from the picture. We chose to work with SavvyCard because their platform offers a white labeled, end-to-end solution that provides significant value to buyers, sellers, agents, and service providers, and because their business model aligns with our goals. It's a unique approach that leverages and strengthens the relationships that already exist, and benefits everyone involved." "Our agreement with Space Coast validates SavvyCard's belief that tech companies which strive to align the interests of current stakeholders in the real estate industry will eventually win over those companies that seek to disrupt it," states David Etheredge, CEO of SavvyCard. "SavvyCard's products provide value to association and brokerage members while rewarding Real Estate organizations such as associations, brokerages, and multiple listing services fair compensation for the valuable consumer channel the industry has worked hard to build and maintain." SCAR will generate non-dues revenue from SavvyCard for Associations™ by revenue-sharing with SavvyCard on paid upgrades to user accounts and through deployment of the Find Services Directory. The Find Services Directory is an association-branded, searchable, mobile directory of local home service providers who pay to be listed and must pass a rigorous vetting process. REALTOR® members and participating providers distribute this directory to local buyers and sellers to help them find businesses for their real estate transaction and home improvement needs. The SCAR Find Services Directory is currently taking space reservations from interested local service providers and will launch later this year. About SavvyCard®:SavvyCard is a SaaS platform that enables organizations and individuals to rapidly and inexpensively deploy mobile engagement tools and systems. Jigsaw Launches REclarity Private Label Program for Real Estate
Palo Alto, CA - Tuesday, November 10, 2015 — Jigsaw Informatics, Inc.® ("Jigsaw") announced today that it is launching the REclarity™ Private Label Program (www.REclarity.net/private-label/), enabling real estate professionals to harness the power of mobile video messaging using their own brand. The Program enables residential and commercial real estate firms to license an affordable "private label" version of REclarity with extensive custom branding. REclarity is the easy-to-use mobile video messaging app for real estate professionals (www.REclarity.net). REclarity enables users to create and send personalized video messages to clients and colleagues that combine the user's photos, voice narration and touchscreen gestures to convey information and intent better than emails or text messages with attached images or other formats. With REclarity, real estate agents and property managers can easily create and send personalized listing video messages to clients, create and upload video previews to real estate and rental websites, craft video summaries for Agent Video Inspection Disclosures (AVIDs), provide clarity on document execution and share ideas with stagers and contractors. "REclarity users and our Private Label early adopters see the potential of the App because its ease-of-use enables agents to create and share remarkably clear video messages that are both personalized and timely," said Ross Q. Smith, Jigsaw CEO and Co-Founder. "Video messages trump text messages, since it's nearly impossible to achieve the impact of video with old-fashioned text, email or other media. And adding customer-specific branding to video messages enhances the impact and solidifies the connection between agent and client." With over 300 agents serving the greater Houston, Texas area, Texas Home Group is among the first brokerages to deploy a private label REclarity App (REclarity-THG). An example agent-to-contractor ZAP Video Message by Jane Thomas, using REclarity-THG, is at https://goo.gl/2OFgX9. An example agent-to-buyer ZAP Listing Video Message is at https://goo.gl/ZAhT7i. "We recently started using REclarity and have found it to be an excellent way to demonstrate key aspects of properties and communicate efficiently with all parties involved in the transaction," said Angel Gaither, Office Manager at Texas Home Group ("THG"). "The app is very user friendly and having our brokerage branding in the video messages adds a very professional touch. We're excited about exploring all REclarity has to offer." REclarity Brings the Power of Video Messaging to Real Estate Pros Research shows that video is the most effective method for communicating with baby boomers and millennials alike. According to ComScore, 64% of consumers are more likely to buy a product after watching a related video, and 59% of executives would rather watch a video than read text, reports Forbes. Moreover, according to Insivia, viewers retain 95% of a message's content when they watch a video versus 10% retention when reading a text. However, live video is not viable for frequent use, since shooting and editing live video on mobile devices is too time consuming and complex for most real estate professionals. Instead, agents today often send texts and emails with attached photos, which is a tedious and error-prone process that often produces ambiguous results. REclarity solves these challenges by providing real estate professionals with an easy-to-use mobile app that lets them "stop typing and start talking." With REclarity, agents simply select or take pictures on their iPhone or iPad and then, at their convenience, record a personalized Zoom and Point (ZAP) Video Message while narrating and interacting with their photos using familiar touchscreen gestures (i.e., swiping, zooming and pointing). The resulting video message combines the agent's photos, voice narration and gestures to quickly and precisely convey information or direction, avoiding the hassles and ambiguity associated with text messages or emails with attached photos. And unlike slide-show apps, REclarity's ZAP technology lets users intuitively interact with their images to highlight and clarify crucial details. REclarity users can share their ZAP Video Messages directly or share links to uploaded videos via text, email, WhatsApp, WeChat, Twitter, Skype, Facebook Messenger, Google+ or other messaging apps. REclarity users can save their ZAP Video Messages on their mobile device or they may upload them to YouTube, Facebook, Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, Vimeo or other apps or video websites. ZAP Videos uploaded to YouTube may also be readily embedded on Zillow, Trulia, VRBO, HomeAway, MLS, brokerage, personal or other websites that support embedded or hosted videos. "Most busy real estate pros don't have the time to master the complexities of shooting and editing live video—especially while on-the-go, so we designed REclarity to be so simple that anyone can use it immediately," said Joan Wood, Jigsaw Co-Founder and VP of Development. "With REclarity, an agent can literally create and share a video message on their mobile device in about the same time it takes to watch it. That's a huge step forward in bringing the power of video messaging to professionals who can really use them." An example vacation property listing ZAP Video on VRBO by Jane Thomas with Texas Home Group, using REclarity-THG, is at http://www.vrbo.com/212231 (select video) or on YouTube at https://youtu.be/sHGWCeVwe2I. With REclarity, Internet connections and data usage are not required for video message creation, since the encoding occurs locally on the user's device. Also, with REclarity, users retain complete control over their content, which avoids privacy issues associated with many content creation apps. REclarity is a free app that is available on the App Store at https://appsto.re/us/ZRj17.i. Upgrades for enhanced capabilities are available as one-time In-App-Purchases that range from $4.99 to $7.99 USD. For more info, please visit www.REclarity.net. About the REclarity Private Label Program REclarity Private Label Apps provide extensive Customer-approved branding, including adding the customer's logo to the App Icon, Start Screen, Watermark and Signature. Distribution of REclarity Private Label Apps is via the Apple Volume Purchase Program (VPP) and downloads are controlled by a Customer Administrator (or optionally by Jigsaw) who limits access by distributing Apple VPP provided "Redemption Codes" to authorized users. Pricing for REclarity Private Label Apps starts at $2,500 USD, including one year of software updates. Lead-time is typically 4-6 weeks from the date Jigsaw receives customer artwork. Options for the discounted buyout of REclarity IAPs, creative services, user admin, additional customization and Android support are also available. For more info please visit www.reclarity.net/private-label/ or email [email protected]. REclarity $2,500 Giveaway at NAR 2015 (Booth 1553) From November 13 - 15, 2015 in San Diego, CA., at the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) Conference and Expo, Jigsaw will demo REclarity in Booth 1553. HomeSpotter Combines Messaging and Home Search in Groundbreaking Release
July 30, 2015 (Minneapolis, MN) – Proclaiming that "Every home search is a conversation," HomeSpotter today released a new version of its mobile real estate app that seamlessly integrates chat messaging with home search. Collaboration between home searchers and agents lies at the heart of the real estate process. The new HomeSpotter app makes it fast, easy and fun. HomeSpotter saw that their users were copying, pasting, emailing and texting properties all over the place as they went through their home search. "The process was still really messy," said Aaron Kardell, HomeSpotter's founder and CEO. This didn't make much sense. "There's lots of communication during the home search process. Technology should reflect that reality, not get in its way." HomeSpotter decided to combine their mobile property search experience with a familiar text messagelike interface so that working and communicating with others through a home search app was simple. With HomeSpotter, users can now share property photo slideshows, not just links, have multiple conversations between friends and family and even facilitate chat between two agents that have full access to agent-only listing information. All of this take place in one place within the HomeSpotter user experience. "We were 'mobile first' before that became a buzzword," continues Kardell. "Since our founding in 2009 we have worked with real estate brokerage companies and MLSs across the country to create a mobile search experience that rivals that of the big online real estate companies while delivering fresher, better property listings data. That foundation has set the stage for innovations like this." About HomeSpotter® HomeSpotter provides beautiful mobile-first home search to more than 250,000 real estate agents throughout the U.S. and Canada. Coldwell Banker Real Estate Brings Big Data to the Kitchen Table with CBx Application
MADISON, N.J. (Feb. 25, 2015) – Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC, the original San Francisco Bay area real estate start-up founded in 1906, continues its push to create exceptional experiences for home sellers. On the heels of its new digital platform allowing sellers to actively participate in the marketing of their home, the real estate brand is now launching an exclusive iPad application for its sales associates visualizing who a home's potential buyers are, from where they are moving and other market dynamics based on data from multiple public and private sources. Highlights of the listing application include: Big data from ESRI, Experian, Onboard Informatics, Realtors Property Resources (RPR) and the U.S. Census Bureau that provides insight into home buyer profiles and trend analysis Heat maps illustrating the top cities from which current home buyers in a market are moving and the percentage of home buyers in these neighborhoods who match a specific home's buyer profile Tools that build a story for sellers about what is happening in their neighborhood and how that may affect their home and sale A behind-the-scenes tool for how and why a listing should be priced that allows for customization based on neighborhood details and amenities "For the first time ever, the Coldwell Banker brand is using big data to give sellers true insight into not just the potential pricing of their home, but likely to whom they will be selling it," said Sean Blankenship, chief marketing officer of Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC. "Using big data in a very visual way, the application takes what Coldwell Banker affiliated sales associates are doing every day and adds insights and innovation that allow them to engage the seller in a confident discussion about the price of their home and how to sell it." "CBx gives my company and sales associates one more thing that nobody else can provide," said Terri King, president and chief executive officer of Coldwell Banker King in North Carolina and a participant in the app's beta test. "The home buyer profiles and market data take our listing presentations to the next level by showing sellers something they haven't seen from other sales associates." Home Buyer Profiles and Trends Big data allows CBx to present a demographic makeup of potential home buyers by attributes such as age, education, family size and average household income, as well as from where these potential home buyers are moving. Insight into Market Data Data from Coldwell Banker Intelligence provides localized information on housing trends including average home value, total housing units, percentage of households changing owners and more. Visual Overview and Mapping Google maps visually summarize the top regions from which current home buyers in a market are moving and the percentage of home buyers in these regions that match a specific home's buyer profile. Pricing In partnership with Realtors Property Resource (RPR), a wholly owned subsidiary corporation of The National Association of Realtors, CBx is the first application to pull data directly from the RPR Broker AVM to provide an estimated value for any given home. The app also allows sales associates to make price adjustments based on their knowledge of the market and the home's amenities, such as increasing a home's price because of a spectacular view. Coldwell Banker agency partners TKI Interactive and Convidence designed and developed the CBx application. About Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC Since 1906, the Coldwell Banker® organization has been a premier provider of full-service residential and commercial real estate. Coldwell Banker is the oldest national real estate brand in the United States and today has a network of more than 87,000 affiliated agents working in approximately 3,000 offices in 49 countries and territories. Mobile Realty Apps is now HomeSpotter™
January 26, 2015 (Minneapolis, MN)—HomeSpotter™ is now more than a great feature in your favorite home search app. It's the new name of real estate tech company, Mobile Realty Apps. The company was named Inman News' Most Innovative Real Estate Startup in 2012, due in part to their augmented reality search feature, called HomeSpotter. "We knew the HomeSpotter name had consumer appeal, plus it's easier to say than Mobile Realty Apps!" said Aaron Kardell, founder and CEO of HomeSpotter. "As we began to shift our communications strategy away from technical specs and features, towards solutions for agents and their clients, we knew the HomeSpotter name was right for the company overall." Tailored to each customer's brand and multiple listing service (MLS) data, HomeSpotter mobile search apps are available to more than 200,000 real estate agents throughout the United States and Canada. Customers include some of the largest MLSs, franchisors and brokers, including California Regional MLS. The new name and communications strategy has resonated with HomeSpotter's customers, as well as investors. HomeSpotter just closed a $1.8 million round of funding, led by Brightstone Venture Capital, Confluence Capital Partners, Mike Bollinger and other angel investors. The funds will be used to enhance infrastructure and hire more developers. Also included in the rebrand was a refreshed product strategy. "We've adjusted our product offerings to match the way in which our customers are buying our apps," said Kardell. For example, HomeSpotter's Business and Enterprise solutions were combined into HomeSpotter Signature, offering a powerful base app that's branded to each customer, with the ability to add feature packages. And MLSs can choose from Core and Premium versions of HomeSpotter for MLS. "2015 will be an exciting year for our staff, customers and investors. In addition to the rebrand, we'll have some major platform enhancements, new features and even a new product," said Kardell. Visit the new homespotter.com for updates, and for more information on products and careers. About HomeSpotter We're obsessed with making home search apps that are beautiful and easy to use—connecting agents with their clients, in the field and on their phones. Tailored to each customer's brand and MLS data, we provide apps to more than 200,000 agents throughout the United States and Canada, through brokers, agents and MLSs. Founded in 2009 as Mobile Realty Apps, HomeSpotter is headquartered in Downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota.

TRIBUS Announces CRM Integration With On-Demand App Curb Call
Chicago, Illinois (December 18, 2014)--In a world of on-demand products and services, TRIBUS is excited to announce its integration with Curb Call. The mobile app fields real-time requests for home buyers interested in a home showing on the spot. "Buyers today can decide at a moment's notice that the time is right to buy a home, TRIBUS seeks to always connect our clients to the most serious buyers," says Director of Strategy Eric Stegemann. "It makes so much sense to bring on-demand services to the real estate industry and Curb Call was created so intelligently to make the lives of home buyers and real estate agents easier." Curb Call, the 2013 Inman Innovator Award and Realogy FWD Summit finalist, is helping to change the pace of the real estate industry to accommodate immediate needs of homebuyers, a growing concern in the wake of apps such as Uber, Instacart and Postmates. Similar to these apps, Curb Call launches when real estate agents set their status to available to make their profile visible to home buyers. "We set out to make an app that I would've wanted to use when I was an agent," says Curb Call Founder Seth Seigler. "The goal is to deliver the latest stage leads and the safest possible showings packed together in one easy to use app. We're thrilled to be bringing it to the TRIBUS platform." Helping to make every moment a lucrative one, Curb Call gives agents complete control over receiving leads, whether it's between showings or after leaving the office. When an agent is set to be visible, homebuyers can use the app to view agent profiles and choose the one that sounds the most suited to their needs. The agent then receives the request and accepts if it fits into their coverage area and arranges the showing. Those leads will then automatically push into the agent's TRIBUS CRM account. "Curb Call buyers are requesting a showing from outside of a listing right now," Seigler continues. "They already like the way the house looks on the outside, they like the neighbors' houses, they like the look of the area and all that's left is to see is the inside. It's not a sale every time, but it's as close as you can get." Beyond being a convenient service for home buyers, it has integrated technology to ensure the safety and security of the agents that utilize it. The Curb Call app offers standard and optional safety features, such as identity verification of potential buyers and real-time location tracking of agents. The most recent upgrade to the application is a new safety feature that agents can use upon arrival at a listing. After pressing the "begin showing" button within the Curb Call app, their location is tracked in real time, which is accessible for viewing the brokerage and staff members. Agents must press the "end showing" button to stop the tracking, and they also have access to a panic button if something seems off. This incredibly useful app is available to all TRIBUS brokerage clients with no monthly service fee and cost is based on performance. About TRIBUS Founded in 2009, TRIBUS provides a suite of integrated products and services created to make the lives of real estate brokerages and top-performing agents not only easier, but also more productive and efficient. Through fully custom websites, CRM tools and a suite of marketing and concierge services, TRIBUS assists clients turn more leads into sales, enhance brand identity and build lasting relationships with past, current and prospective clients. Homesnap Introduces New Mobile Safety Features for Real Estate Agents
Bethesda, Md. – December 15, 2014 —Homesnap has just launched an agent Safety Timer and Distress Alert in its mobile agent-only Homesnap Pro app that are intended to keep agents safe when they are showing homes to unfamiliar clients. Homesnap's Safety Timer allows an agent to set a timer when he or she arrives at a showing. If the agent does not stop the timer after a set amount of time, Homesnap will issue a text alert to the agent's emergency contacts, letting them know the agent's current location and cell number. In the case of immediate distress, the agent can activate a Distress Alert in one tap that immediately alerts contacts that the agent is in danger. These features are being introduced at a time when there is increased focus on agent safety, particularly after the tragic death of Arkansas broker Beverly Carter last October. Homesnap saw the need to provide agents, brokers and MLSs with an effective, simple tool that helps address situations where agents' safety may be at risk. Homesnap Pro's Safety Timer and Distress Alert are easy to use: When an agent arrives at a listing, he or she opens the listing in Homesnap Pro and taps on the Safety Timer button to get started. The agent then inputs how long he or she plans to be at that location, selects emergency contacts to notify if the timer expires, and starts the timer. Homesnap will notify the agent when time is running low. At that time, the agent can either extend or stop the timer. If the timer expires, Homesnap will issue a text alert to the agent's emergency contacts with his or her current address and cell phone number. In case of distress, the agent can send a text message in one tap using the Distress Alert button. "Agent safety is a huge priority for agents, brokers and MLSs. Homesnap Pro is used by thousands of agents every day, and we set out to provide a simple but effective way for agents to let their network know if they might need help, within the app the agents are already using to do their jobs. These new features use GPS to locate the agent and provide text alerts and a distress button in case of danger without requiring agents to open a second app," said Homesnap CEO and co-founder Guy Wolcott. "Homesnap Pro's new agent safety feature is a simple, easy way to make your contacts aware of your location if you find yourself in an unexpected or difficult situation. I will feel more comfortable showing a home with Homesnap Pro now that it has the safety timer. It works using GPS, so it keeps track of where you are, and you can activate the safety feature by simply checking in at a home or snapping the home when you go to show it," said Kim Caspari, a REALTOR with Keller Williams Realty, Inc. in Baltimore, MD. To learn more about Homesnap Pro's new safety features, please visit www.homesnap.com/pro/safety. ABOUT HOMESNAP PRO Homesnap Pro gives agents the ability to access real-time MLS information from their mobile phones and tablets. It also lets agents connect with and collaborate with each other and their clients within the same app. It is the professional version of the popular consumer app Homesnap, which lets users "snap any home to find out about it". Millions of consumers use Homesnap to explore homes and search listings. It is powered by a specialized homes database that combines MLS data, property tax records, census data, geographic boundaries and more. Homesnap Pro is available to agents once their MLS has partnered with Homesnap to provide the app to its members. Homesnap Pro is currently available to agents from MLSs across the country, including MRIS, TheMLS, and MLSListings Inc, among many others. Homesnap Pro is free to any MLS for the first 12 months. Some of the features of Homesnap Pro include: Real-time access to agent-only MLS information, including confidential listing information, showing instructions and commission splits Information about any home (whether or not for sale), such as value, last sale date and price, listing history, "bird's eye" lot boundaries, similar active listings, recent sales comps, and local schools One-tap messaging with clients and other agents Customized email marketing to clients and contacts Rapid Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) generation right from the smartphone Complete details on every agent in the area, including a portfolio of recent sales and an analysis of sales history (price reduction, days on market, etc.) In-app integration with ShowingTime showing scheduling for participating listings Agent Safety Timer and one-tap Distress Alert to keep agents safe at showings To learn more about Homesnap Pro, please visit homesnap.com/pro. Say Hello to Contactually’s New and Improved Android App!
Contactually for Android is better, faster, and more reliable than ever before It's 2014 — we know that for a communication and connection tool to be truly life-changing, it has to be accessible from anywhere. That's why in addition to our full blown web application, Contactually is also available as a plugin for both Gmail and Outlook, as well as a mobile app for iOS and Android. While we know Contactually users need quality plugins and mobile apps — and we're glad to have them — we've also never been satisfied with how well they've worked, in everything from battery usage to how effectively they recreate the functionality of the desktop web application you know and love. That's why both of our mobile apps, along with our email client plugins, have been undergoing major overhauls for months. And our first big announcement has to do with some huge improvements to the 2.0 version of the Android app, which is available today. So let's get right into it! Battery Usage & Syncing Android's pretty developer-accessible nature lets us do lots of cool things in the Contactually app, like syncing text messages and calls from outside the application. Unfortunately, we've learned that some of this stuff (which customers love) can also be murder on your phone's battery (which they don't love quite so much). Never fear — the new release is a huge stride forward in minimizing battery usage, for several reasons. First of all, we've fixed some nasty sync bugs that not only caused some users to experience duplicate records for some calls and texts, but also contributed to excessive battery usage. On top of that, we've redesigned sync to be a little more considerate; it now sends updates piece by piece (instead of in a giant, potentially battery-gobbling chunk), and we've taught it to wait until you've got at least 33% battery life before trying to sync at all. For maximum efficiency, you can even restrict syncing to periods where you're on wi-fi. We don't want Contactually to be the app that killed your phone's battery when you needed it most, and now, it won't be! Bucketing Many customers received various errors while trying to bucket a contact in the Android app. That sucks, and if bucketing on a device works inconsistently, people aren't going to do it at all. Well, in the words of the executives from Office Space — "we fixed the glitch." Bucketing now works as expected. Design Improvements One of the big lessons we learned from the first generation of Contactually mobile apps is that it's hard for anyone outside of Contactually, who doesn't really get what makes it useful, to understand what's important about the mobile apps. That's why our new releases are being built internally, by Contactually engineers Andy and Justin, and why both apps feature new layouts designed for real-life Contactually users. On the Android app, you'll notice this immediately on the Buckets and Contacts screens. Everything is more accessible, and should look (and feel) familiar to regular web-app users. New, common-sense layouts for some of the most commonly used areas of the app. So go get it! Our new Android app is available in the Google Play store today, so don't hesitate to go out there and grab it, especially if you gave up on the last version due to battery issues or sync frustrations. Believe me — you'll be glad you did. For iOS users, don't worry. We're currently beta-testing the completely re-written Contactually for iOS, and as soon as we finish a few things up and jump through the necessary App Store hoops, you'll have it in your hands as well. We'll highlight all the new features and functionality here, as soon as it's released — and if you want to help, contact us about being a beta tester yourself! Finally, a special thanks to all of our customers for keeping us up to date with what's working, and what isn't, especially in regards to our mobile apps. We know dealing with an app that doesn't work quite the way it should can be maddening — that's why we're constantly working to not only improve our apps themselves, but our capacity to build, test, and improve them as well. If you've tried the new apps, let us know how they're working for you! Leave a comment here, or visit the Contactually Forums to let us know what you think. RPR Releases Updates to Web and Mobile Versions
RPR has been hard at work on our latest release. From school search on RPR mobile™ to a redesigned homepage on the RPR website, there is something new for every user. The website is available now; RPR mobile™ for Android and iOS are coming soon. Watch the Play and Apple stores for your updated app! Let's take a closer look at these changes. RPR mobile™ RPR mobile™ now includes a School Search via our Advanced Search function. Search for schools within an area or a school district, then find properties within that school's attendance zone, or view a school's Great Schools rating, see the phone number of the school, and even press the address of the school to access your GPS for directions. Searching solely for elementary schools? School Search allows you to search by elementary, middle or high schools. The search defaults to a five-mile radius from your current location, but you can make any adjustments you need, including filtering and sorting schools. RPR Residential Redesigned Homepage The first change you'll see when logging into RPR, is our redesigned homepage. Fresher design and navigation. Recent properties, searches, reports, and even your notes on properties are all available for quick reference on the homepage. Comp Analysis – Choice of a preferred property photo In our last release, we gave REALTORS® the ability to choose which version of a property to include in a Comp Analysis. In this release, REALTORS® can also choose which photo as the main photo in the Comp Analysis. Any photo that exists within RPR on a property can be the photo used for a comp to show on a report. Looking to feature that spectacular view of the mountains instead of the outside of the house? No problem. Want to highlight the backyard and pool? Simply select that photo to be included. Toggle through to the property record, and then choose the desired photo from that record. This and That Other enhancements and fixes in this release include: Maponics Updates: The boundaries that RPR uses for ZIP codes, neighborhoods, schools and other areas are provided by data partner Maponics. The boundary data throughout RPR and RPR mobile™ has been updated, reflecting changes and current information for geographies nationwide, which improves your search experience and accuracy of search results. Public Records Data: We upgraded the process we use for receiving and managing public records data, which includes sales data, mortgage information, tax assessments and distressed notices. The result is a faster, more efficient and more accurate processing of new data. We will be working to add new public records facts, like basement square footage, after completing this project. Coming Soon Here are a few of the exciting things we're working on for RPR in our upcoming releases: A one-page Property Flyer to use for marketing Ability to upload your own photos to display on your report covers Walkability Scores added to property and neighborhood pages and reports If you want more help finding or using anything in RPR, please visit http://blog.narrpr.com/training, where we have webinars you can register for, and on-demand learning you can take advantage of.
