The Thing can be personally branded to an MLS or Association and reflect market-specific data.  The Thing provides a one page view of charts and data organized to reflect current market trends within a specific locale.

Features include:

• Median sales price: Users can select to see median sales price over a 12 month span or by month.  This data is presented as bar graphs and line graphs, to depict trending.
• Percent of original price: This data allows agents to watch the local market and how closely sold properties stayed with the original price. Users can choose to see a 12 month span or each month separately.
• Days on Market- Users can search for 12 month span or each month to view the number of days local properties are averaging on the market. This can help set realistic expectations when working with sellers
• Month supply: Agents and brokers can track the volume of properties in their local market and see this information in bar graph and line graph form.  They can view data from the last 12 months, or by each individual month
• Homes for sale: Real estate professionals can view the current market saturation in the past 12 months or by each month
• New Listings: See the number of new listings in their market.  This can be search by 12 months, or month by month
• Pending Sales: Real estate professionals can view 12 month span or month by month graphs of the volume of pending sales
• Closed Sales: Agents and brokers can view the number of locally closed sales by 12 months or month by month

Within each of the above data categories, professionals can sort the above data by price range, foreclosures, home types and new construction.
