AnnounceMyMove is a social networking and viral marketing tool that introduces an agent to their client’s contacts and helps them reconnect with past clients and prospects. Using a simple questionnaire, an agent creates a custom web-based announcement for their listing, open house, client move and more. Each announcement an agent creates for their client can be personalized by them, and sent out to their network.
The move announcement is sent out via email and to the client’s social networks. All email announcements are sent by the agent’s client as “peer-to-peer” emails, so there is no violation of CAN-SPAM or Privacy Laws. In addition to email distribution, agents and their clients can post their announcements on Facebook. Other interfaces with Craigslist, MySpace, and Twitter are coming soon. Both methods give the agent exposure to a new group of people.
AnnounceMyMove compiles reports which track the number of hits to the announcement, visits to the agent’s or company’s website, and how many people send them an email from the announcement. This helps an agent keep track of how well their marketing dollars are working for them.
