The expanded ad contains a larger image and customer contact form. Showcase Ads combine targeting on a ZIP code level with a minimum 25% guaranteed share of searches within a ZIP code. An advertisement will only appear in the ZIP codes you select.
Brokers can advertise through display ads. This can help strengthen a broker’s brand presence with display ads in the cities and towns of their choice. Ad units of 300x250, 728x90 and 160x600 pixel are for sale throughout the site. Brokers have access to Zillow’s targeting capabilities: by region, agent, active sellers, pending sales, active buyers and more.
Brokers can advertise through Zillow’s email marketing. Zillow creates a variety of email newsletters with ad placements that can help market brokerages. These newsletters promote homes, recruit agents and attract sellers.
